The Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians Tribal Administration provides managerial oversight for the functions of day-to-day Executive Branch business. The structure of the administration within the Executive Branch has changed. The Executive Team restructured the programming of the Executive Branch of the government into two divisions: Direct Services and Indirect Services. The Tribal Administrator position was dissolved and the duties and responsibilities of the TA were distributed to the Vice-Chair and a new position, the Direct Services Administrator (DSA). The Vice-Chair has direct oversight over the indirect services programming and the Direct Services Administrator has direct oversight over the direct services programming.
The Executive Branch consists of 19 program/departments designed to provide services to the LTBB citizens. The Governmental Departments/Programs are divided into:

Bev Wemigwase, Tribal Receptionist routes all incoming calls to the Tribe, handles incoming governmental mail, greets and directs visitors to respective offices, oversees the use of Administrative Building Commons Area, Commissions & Committee Board room 312, Fire-keeper Lodge, Community Center and assist various departments with general office duties.
